Tips if your Finger hurts after boxing
Hands definitely need the most care if you want to prolong your career as much as possible, but what about finger pain? What are the causes of such an event and how do you deal with it?
Glove
Personally, I think the most common reason for sore fingers during or after a blow, such as a heavy bag, gloves or something like that, is to use a pair of gloves for everyone.
If you do a lot of work with the bags and then decide to save the same pair of gloves, you can stretch your fingers more while the pad is harder. My suggestion is to buy two pairs of good training gloves
Wrap your hands
Another reason for sore fingers, especially after hitting a punching bag, is the lack of packaging of the hands or their poor execution. It's just about seeing people do some form of boxing training fun, like at home, without using any underwear. Gloves are very important to wear every time you put on gloves, as they can help prevent further finger pain.
If you do, you can also make a mistake. When you work out in the gym, tell your trainer to judge how well you wrap your arms, and if that's not good, he should show you how to do it the right way.
First wounds, newly discovered pain
Mixing things over and over with fists is not really the type of thing that is designed for beginners. This type of hand condition is used after training for a long time, so the pain you feel in your fingers can only occur for this reason.
Good old technology
Whether you are good or bad is always the cause of the many injuries you suffer in boxing, it can also be here. In this particular case, it's probably related to how much you hit.
